Founded in 1979, Auto Springs East Africa PLC is one of Kenya's largest automotive-parts manufacturers serving both Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and the after-market across East and Central Africa (Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, DRC, Zambia). From its Limuru factory—strategically located at the Kamandura–Mai Mahiu–Narok and Eldoret–Malaba road interchange—Auto Springs produces heavy-duty leaf springs, U-bolts, wheel studs, shackle pins, nuts, wiring harnesses, and other chassis components tailored for African road conditions.

With IATF 16949:2016 certification and a partnership with South Africa's Supreme Springs, the company drives import-replacement, strengthens regional supply chains, and trains local youth through technical-skills programs that build durable livelihoods.
