Talanton is a faith-driven impact investment firm founded on the principles of the Parable of the Talents (Matthew 25). Our mission is simple: create jobs, bring hope, and transform lives.

Since 2018, we've deployed over $45 million in capital across two impact funds, invested in 17 values-aligned companies, and impacted more than 109,000 jobs across Sub-Saharan Africa—with a particular focus on the fast-growing economies of East Africa, including Kenya, Rwanda, Uganda, and Burundi.

We invest in the "missing middle"—small to mid-sized businesses too large for microfinance but too small for traditional banks. These are the companies that drive job creation and economic growth. And with the right capital and support, they're positioned to transform entire communities.
