Accredited Investor Notice

An accredited investor must meet at least one of the following requirements:

• Annual income of at least $200,000 individually, or $300,000 jointly with a spouse, in each of the last two years, with a reasonable expectation of the same income level this year.
• Net worth of over $1 million, either alone or with a spouse, excluding the value of your primary residence.
• Be a knowledgeable employee or hold a qualifying license (such as Series 7, 65, or 82).
• Be a director, executive officer, or general partner of the issuer or a related entity.
