Ten years of growing and learning
In 2015, Shadrack was working in the hospitality industry when he lost his job. It hit him hard. He had a young family to take care of, a wife and two children.

He started job hunting immediately. After three months, he found a position at Moko. He came in as a casual worker in the production department, handling fiber processing, foam chips processing, and other general duties.
Within a year, Shadrack had learned most of the processes in the department. The company saw his potential, and he was promoted to supervisor. He held that role while continuing to learn from his leaders. Then another opportunity came, a second promotion, from supervisor to production officer.
His story is one of hard work, resilience, and determination, matched by equal opportunities from the company. Shadrack was recently promoted to Senior Production Officer, and he believes more opportunities lie ahead. Ten years of growing and learning.
The growth and opportunities he has been given have improved his financial standing. Today, Shadrack can take good care of his family and his parents.
