Paul brings 30 years of professional experience in the petrochemical industry across technical, manufacturing, sales, procurement, supply chain, and strategic roles with responsibilities spanning Australia, Asia, and the Middle East. He spent 20 years with Lyondell Basell and its predecessor companies, initially in Australia before relocating to Hong Kong. Since 2010, he has worked as a freelance consultant, partnering with clients on strategic and operational projects while delivering petrochemical and polymer training globally.
