Jon brings 30 years of experience in international business leadership, investment, and strategy consulting with two of the world's leading food and agriculture multinationals—Cargill and Land O'Lakes—where he served as a Director of M&A and Vice President respectively. His global expertise includes living on three continents, with particularly impactful work in Africa, where he led a talented all-African team in executing over 50 investments in mid-sized businesses across East and West Africa.

Through his extensive private investing experience, Jon witnessed firsthand the transformational impact of thriving businesses in challenging contexts. This deep understanding of emerging market dynamics and mid-sized company growth potential drives his commitment to catalyzing values-driven investment capital for scalable impact and financial returns.

Jon holds a BA from Wheaton College, an MBA – International Business with distinction from Regis University, and a D.Min. with distinction from Bethel University focused on reigniting the belief that spiritual integration in impact investing is central to God’s plan of redemption and human flourishing.
