Beginning her career at NCBA Bank in Kenya, she has held pivotal roles at African Alliance, Genghis Capital, and KCB Capital, building expertise across diverse sectors including primary healthcare, agriculture, energy, banking, microfinance, and manufacturing.

Her contributions encompass facilitating funding, structuring partnerships, and driving capital-raising initiatives for entrepreneurs. At Penda Health, she worked closely with the founders to facilitate capital raising for the company. Most recently at Stanbic Bank Kenya, she played a crucial role in structuring partnerships with fintechs to drive scale for the Bank.

Passionate about entrepreneurship, Cynthia believes in the transformative role of entrepreneurs in Africa's economic performance and job creation. Based in Kenya, she is thrilled to contribute to Talanton's mission of alleviating poverty through impactful investing.

Cynthia holds a Commerce degree from Strathmore University, Nairobi, and is a Chartered Public Accountant. She is currently finalizing her Master's in Public Policy at Strathmore University Business School, blending academic rigor with practical expertise.
