Dave is a Founding Partner with Edgewater Funds, a private equity firm with $2.7 billion in committed capital. Prior to Edgewater, he served as CEO of YesMail and worked as a consultant with McKinsey & Company, building deep expertise in strategic business transformation and growth.

His extensive board experience includes several Edgewater portfolio companies, the Illinois Venture Capital Association, and founding board membership at 1871 (Chicago's entrepreneurship hub). A longtime board member of Opportunity International, Dave maintains active involvement in civic and business leadership positions. He serves as Chairman of The Faraja Fund Foundation, which supports the Faraja Primary School for children with physical disabilities in Tanzania, demonstrating his commitment to African development and vulnerable populations.
